Refunds, Cancellations, and Substitutions

Cancellations and requests for refunds must have been received in writing within 2 weeks of registration. Refunds will be processed less a $150 administrative charge. No refunds will be made after 2 weeks of registration, but an attendee can accept a 2019 Argentum Senior Living Executive Conference registration credit. Substitutions can be made, without a fee, by contacting registration. Cancellations and substitutions must have been submitted via email to registration@argentum.org.

We do not apply any discounts retroactively with no exceptions.

Promotional Codes

Argentum promotions are not retroactive. Promos were required on the first screen of the registration process in order to receive the discount. Limit one offer per customer. Promotional offers are not valid in conjunction with owner/operator group registration of 5+.

The Earlier You Register - The More You Saved

Argentum members saved 15%. Rates increased over time, so attendees that registered early maximized savings.
